Professional Background

Manny Fernandez, Jr., is a seasoned Operations and Marketing professional   celebrating his 25th year anniversary as a successful consultant and trainer.  His   performance capabilities are a result of    twenty years tenure with World Class businesses such as General Electric, Atlantic Richfield, Pfizer, and Hughes Aircraft.  Functionally, his responsibilities included sales and marketing, process engineering, and operations (including P&L responsibility) within the United States as well as in Mexico, Europe, and Asia (India, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and Singapore).  The industries served were Engineered Materials, Electronics (raw materials through assemblies), Chemicals, Construction and Packaging.

He has developed and delivered customized training through Santa Barbara City College, and is celebrating his 10 year anniversary with CSU Fullerton (Continuing Education).  Client lists include Raytheon, Technicolor, Pacific Scientific, American National Can, Exide Corp., Boeing, L3, Senior Aerospace, Fairchild Fasteners,  Joslyn Electronics, McGhan Medical, Vitesse Semiconductors, Panavision, Sysco, Microsemi Semiconductors, and International Rectifier.  

Manny's training style is lively and interactive.  His ability to integrate trainees with varying educational levels, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles results in a successful training experience.
